Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Infrastructure & Migration Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate site readiness efforts for migration to cloud-based infrastructure
- Ensure workstations meet Windows 11 compatibility standards and perform necessary upgrades
- Validate and troubleshoot network configurations and provide remote support using RMM tools
Required Qualifications
- Experience with remote workstation refreshes and Windows 10/11 upgrades
- Prior experience administering Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Solid networking fundamentals, including DNS, routing, and firewall concepts
- Proven remote support experience using RMM tools
- Experience with endpoint scripting and troubleshooting connectivity issues
