Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Infrastructure & Migration Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site readiness for migration to cloud-based infrastructure
- Ensure workstations meet compatibility standards and coordinate upgrades
- Validate and troubleshoot network configurations and provide remote support
Required Qualifications
- Experience with remote workstation refreshes and Windows 10/11 upgrades
- Prior experience administering Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Solid networking fundamentals, including DNS and firewall concepts
- Proven remote support experience using RMM tools
- Experience in deploying printers and endpoint scripting through remote tools
