Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Infrastructure Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking ownership for the evolution and reliability of company's core infrastructure
- Building and supporting production systems
- Building tools to audit and protect production environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience building and supporting production systems operating at a large scale with high uptime requirements
- Familiar with the principles of "Infrastructure as Code", using tools like Chef / Terraform / Cloudformation / etc.
- Comfortable both writing code and navigating a unix shell to debug networking or filesystem issues
