Job Summary
A data modernization solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Infrastructure Engineer in Tysons.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Write and maintain cloud automation software and internal tools
- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues with other engineers
- Develop and maintain the platform
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience building and running RESTful web services
- Knowledge of configuration management systems such as Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Salt, or Ansible
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field or commensurate technical experience
- Experience with UNIX systems administration including solid scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PHP
- Experience running Docker containers in a variety of environments
- Experience building and running distributed cloud systems
