Job Summary
A social media company has an open position for a Remote Infrastructure Foundation HR Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and delivering targeted HR solutions with a focus on scale and growth
- Managing and growing a team of HRBPs to support the business
- Providing strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- 2+ years experience as a people manager developing and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
- Experience supporting Technical teams
