Remote Infrastructure Management Manager
Job Summary
A communications solutions company is seeking a Remote Infrastructure Management Manager.
Must be able to:
- Guide your team to create a deep understanding of repeatable process and technical troubleshooting
- Provide backup and oversight for the on-call rotation in support of our Production platforms
- Respond to alerts and tickets and ensure that your team works through them in a timely basis
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working in IT operations
- 3 years in a managerial role directly supervising technology teams managing environments including 100+ systems
- Strong hands-on expertise with Linux, virtualization technologies, firewalls, load balancers, networking, and external storage
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
