Job Summary
A web platform provider is in need of a Remote Infrastructure Platform Developer in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Scaling infrastructure to handle hundred of thousands of request per second
- Increasing observability, reliability, and monitoring of all systems
- Improving the efficiency of company's CDN and edge cache
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work from home two days per week
- Experience in compiled programming languages (Go and C++)
- Experience in Linux containers (Docker and Kubernetes)
- Experience in web and CDN technologies
- Experience in provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure
- Must be able to be part of a weekly on-call rotation
