Job Summary

A banking institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading and managing the Network, Server, Voice, Compute functions
• Being proactive in identifying operational issues and drive resolution
• Managing capacity planning, sizing, optimization of our existing Infrastructure and Data Center

Qualifications Include:

• 7 years of experience managing mid-size to large enterprise technology services
• 5 years of experience with Network, Server and Storage Infrastructure and Cloud Computing
• 5 years of experience with Voice Technology and Telecom
• Experience in IT Policy, standards, procedures
• Bachelor's in computer science, information systems or other related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of Next generation Cisco/networks
