Job Summary
An IT security company is filling a position for a Remote Infrastructure Services Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Remotely managing all company infrastructure assets
- Participating in short and long range planning and the execution of strategic initiatives
- Assisting with monitoring our IT infrastructure
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a front-line IT support role
- Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
- Experience rolling out large scale IT projects
- Experience administering a remote macOS and Windows OS environment
- Manage company SaaS software systems, email and other communications/collaboration platforms
- Experience with identity and access management tools
