Job Summary

An education company is seeking a Remote Infrastructure Support Instructional Assistant.

Must be able to:

  • Reinforce, or provide additional clarity for, training or logistical items
  • Monitor learners during test-taking and break-out groups’ activities
  • Note challenges presented during class

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience with Windows, Apple, and Linux Operating Systems
  • Experience with ITIL V3 implementation and ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Experience with LAN/WAN/VLAN, routing configuration, switching, and TCP/IP + OSI layers
  • Experience with software deployment, patch management using SCCM/WSUS
  • Knowledge of data center and cloud computing
