A worldwide leader in telecommunications services is seeking a Remote Inmate Communications Technology Program Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure all subordinates clearly understand what their roles/responsibilities are
- Create and closely monitor account metrics
- Provide leadership and guidance for a team of site administrators and field technicians
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10% travel required
- 5 years experience in Telecommunications Industries
- 3 years Account Management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
