Job Summary

A medical service company is seeking a Remote Inpatient and Obstetrical Care Epic Principal Trainer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing, writing, creating, and maintaining curriculum and adoption materials
• Incorporating instructional design best practices and adult learning theories
• Participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing program for assigned Credentialed Trainers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Lead in-person and virtual instructor-led training
• 2 years of experience in roles focused on designing and writing education and training materials
• Clinical licensure and work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, healthcare or equivalent
• Recent work experience in revenue cycle operations for assigned revenue cycle applications
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical or business principles to evaluate information system needs
