Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Inpatient Coder.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assigning diagnostic and procedural codes to patient records
• Completing any other assigned tasks

Position Requirements Include:

• CCS, RHIT, RHIA, or CPC
• Experience working as a remote, contract coder
• Recent Cerner and Optum360 Experience
• Must have strong clinical knowledge to understand when a query should be initiated
• Must have experience and feel comfortable querying
• Productivity Expectation is 2.5 charts/hour
