Job Summary

A provider of outsourced medical coding services is filling a position for a Remote Inpatient Coder.

Must be able to:

• Research and analyze data needs for reimbursement
• Analyze medical records and identifies documentation deficiencies
• Review and verifY documentation supports diagnoses, procedures and treatment results

Qualifications Include:

• Current coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC
• Minimum of 3 years Inpatient coding experience - Trauma level II or above
• CPT coding experience is a plus
• Ability to work from home in a quiet space
• Ability o train during normal business until released from training (1-2 weeks)
