Job Summary
needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Inpatient Coding Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure direct reports maintain established customer service standards
- Monitor and track consultant’s productivity
- Assist in oversight for quality standards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Candidate must possess an approved AHIMA or AAPC coding credential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in coding, auditing, and/or project management required
- Experience with multiple electronic health record and billing systems
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Excellent client and customer relations skills required
- Must communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside of the organization and express ideas and information clearly and concisely
