Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Inpatient Coding Quality Specialist in Irving.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate and complete inpatient and outpatient coding audits
- Communicates audit results both verbally and in writing
- Assist with development and coordination of audit plans
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Inpatient and/or Outpatient coding experience in an acute care setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) (AHIMA)
- Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) (AHIMA)
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) (AHIMA)
