Remote Inpatient Coding Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HIM - Inpatient Coding Supervisor (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage inpatient coding operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Conduct coder audits and provide education and training for coding staff
• Oversee data management related to inpatient coding processes

Required Qualifications

• University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
• Current certification as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC
• Inpatient coding experience at a senior level, including coding of outpatient/inpatient charts
• Must maintain certification throughout employment
