A company is looking for a Remote Medical Inpatient Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate ICD-10 and PCS codes for coding, billing, and regulatory compliance
• Review clinical documentation and extract data to ensure accurate coding
• Adhere to official coding guidelines and standards under the direction of the coding manager

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a US Citizen
• 2 years of inpatient medical coding experience
• CPC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA certification
• Willingness to undergo a Federal Background check
