Job Summary

A financial and information management service provider has an open position for a Remote Inpatient Medical Coding Auditor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide education/feedback to coding staff
• Perform coding review services on inpatient record types

Skills and Requirements Include:

• RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification is required
• Experience utilizing the SMART Audit tool is required
• A minimum of 3-5 years recent inpatient auditing experience in an acute care setting is required
• The ability to provide a secure work environment is a must
