Job Summary

A medical coding software and service provider has an open position for a Remote Inpatient Outpatient Facility Coder.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining standard industry productivity rates: Same Day Surgery, Observations, Emergency
• Reviewing charts, coding appropriate charges and ensuring high quality standards
• Consistently working a set schedule Monday though Friday, 40 hours per week

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• CCS, RHIA, or RHIT
• Minimum three to five years years inpatient or outpatient coding experience in facility setting
• 95% or higher quality reviews consistently coding: Same Day Surgery, Observations and Emergency
• Pass candidate assessment test with a minimum score of 85%
• ICD-10 coding experience
• Have PC with Windows 10 Professional OS with dual monitors
