Job Summary

A coding and transcription services company has a current position open for a Remote Inpatient Profee Medical Coding Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Abstracting relevant clinical information from health records
  • Identifying all appropriate diagnoses based on Coding Guidelines

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ coding work experience
  • Completion of a coding program; CCS, RHIT, RHIA or similar
  • Coding fluency in inpatient accounts and Skilled Nursing Facility
