An insurance agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inside Auto Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Doing desk reviews of repaired vehicles
- working with direct repair shops/body shops to complete high quality estimates
- Determining and accurately evaluating total losses
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficient in Mitchell, CCC and Audatex
- Thinks critically and shares knowledge
- Maintains good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrates effective communication and negotiation skills
- Displays excellent customer service skills at all times
- Flexibility to travel when required to attend meetings and catastrophe duty
