Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of existing clients while actively prospecting for new business, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Account Advisor will conduct high-volume outreach, recommend customized advertising solutions, and guide clients through short sales cycles in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute over 50 outbound and inbound sales calls daily to manage and grow an existing client portfolio
- Prospect for new business through consistent outreach and follow-up, recommending tailored advertising solutions
- Maintain organized CRM activity and pipeline management using Salesforce and other sales tools
Required qualifications
- Sales experience in inside sales, customer service, retail sales, or business development preferred
- Ability to make 50+ outbound calls per day in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with business owners over the phone
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred but not required
