An insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote Inside Sales Agent Trainee in Hillsboro.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Using various systems to track, gather information and answer customer inquiries
• Identifying customer needs and work to meet those needs using sales tools and techniques
• Providing appropriate educational information

Qualifications Include:

• Perform other duties as requested, including attending required meetings
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Complete new hire technical training program
• Active and valid Property and Casualty license or ability to acquire it
• Ability to be qualified by Department of Insurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
