Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative with License will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying comprehensive benefits and flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer insurance needs
• Consult with clients to match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits
• Participate in paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
