Job Summary

Handling inbound calls and warm leads, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will consult with customers on their insurance needs, converting sales leads into policyholders while enjoying comprehensive training and support in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Manage incoming sales leads and convert them into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in a structured training program that includes obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills
