Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert leads into policyholders while enjoying paid training and licensing opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult with customers on insurance needs and match appropriate coverages to convert sales leads
- Manage inbound calls and handle warm leads without cold calling
- Participate in 16-18 weeks of paid training, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
