Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverage and converting leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert leads into policyholders
• Manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service while representing the Liberty brand
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales
• Ability to effectively communicate with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
