To support a growing sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverage and converting leads into policyholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult with customers on insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options
- Handle inbound sales calls and convert warm leads into policyholders
- Participate in paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales/service-related role
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
