Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and converting leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and provide tailored coverage options
• Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license as required

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
