Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs and converting leads into policyholders while benefiting from paid training and licensing opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Handle inbound sales calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license as required

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in typing and computer usage
