Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert leads into policyholders while enjoying comprehensive benefits and paid training opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match appropriate coverages and products
• Manage incoming warm leads without cold calling to maximize sales conversions
• Participate in paid training and licensing programs to ensure compliance and product knowledge

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
