Job Summary
To support a growing insurance sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders
- Manage inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service while representing the Liberty brand
- Participate in comprehensive paid training, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; at least 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to effectively close sales
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in typing and PC usage
