Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with a P&C License, the successful candidate will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while benefiting from paid training and licensing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Participate in paid training for obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license, with ongoing support from the company
• Work a flexible schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day, adapting to various customer needs and environments

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
