Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Inside Sales Representative with a Property & Casualty (P&C) License, the candidate will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and converting sales leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching them with the correct coverages and products
• Participate in paid training and licensing programs to ensure compliance and professional development

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills
