Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License

Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with a P&C License, the successful candidate will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying paid training and flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and match them with appropriate products
• Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license as part of the onboarding process

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
