Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while receiving paid training and licensing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
• Manage inbound sales calls and convert leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Participate in extensive paid training to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills
