The Location: 100% Work from Home (Virtual Online). Position is open to US applicants.
The Schedule: Part-time position (20-29 hours per week). Schedule: Tue-Fri 12 pm (noon) - 7 pm Eastern Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Achieve Test Prep is currently looking for an Online Inside Sales & Service Consultant to be part of an energetic and positive team of committed professionals. The employee will consult with customers through phone and email (50%), research information (25%) and assist with Back Office related tasks or miscellaneous projects (25%).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Delivering Degree Plan Report to students
Consulting with students on Degree options
Assuring smooth customer's transition from Lead to Student
Upselling packages
Assisting with Back-office tasks
Researching information / Relationship building with 3rd parties as needed
Additional projects or responsibilities as designated by business needs
Desired Skills & Experience:
1-5 years Sales / Up-selling experience
1-5 years Customer service experience
Detail-oriented and strong multitasking skills
Deep knowledge of US Educational system is a plus
Experience working with and understanding state specific regulations (any industry) preferred
Knowledge and/ or experience with online education and/or Education Sales is a plus Proficient computer and email skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Experience with G-Suite is a plus
Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Ability to work under pressure
Adaptability to changes on a day-to-day basis
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Education:
Associate Degree (Graduate) obtained in the USA
