Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultative Phone Sales Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Field 30-40 inbound calls daily, actively listening and documenting customer details
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and close sales
• Maintain professionalism while handling confidential inquiries and achieving performance goals

Required Qualifications

• One to two years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software
• Completion of HIPAA training
• Ability to demonstrate ethical behavior and maintain confidentiality
