Remote Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Field 30-40 inbound calls daily while documenting customer details
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to educate customers and close sales
• Achieve or exceed performance goals including Closing %, Revenue Per Call, and Calls Per Day

Required Qualifications

• One to two years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of HIPAA training
• Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software
• Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality
