Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Inside Sales Associate will connect with cold prospects, receive inbound calls, and conduct follow-up outreach to generate interest and qualify potential clients.
Key responsibilities
- Connect via phone with 200 - 300 cold prospects daily using an autodialer
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm prospective clients and gather information for tailored solutions
- Generate interest among business owners and qualify their needs for services
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, phone sales, or cold calling, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 1+ years of experience working remotely or in a work-from-home setting
- Experience with SEO and/or Google Ads is preferred
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools and G Suite
- Ability to build rapport with small and medium-sized service-based business owners
