Job Summary
A supplier of a cloud retail management platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inside Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver the company's revenue performance targets for the inside sales team
- Build and maintain a 3x pipeline of active opportunities against quarterly targets
- Monitor and manage weekly rep activity against performance targets
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years in inside sales management, inside sales, or closely related sales function at SaaS company
- B.S. in business, communications, or other related field
- Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce.com) and sales and marketing automation tools (ideally Hubspot)
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a metrics-driven inside sales team
