A computer hardware and services company is filling a position for a Remote Inside Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and powerful workforce
• Training, developing and mentoring team members on products and selling techniques
• Supporting career development/planning, performance and pay discussions with team members
