Job Summary

We are a corporate health and wellness promotions and screening company that have commanded the corporate health and wellness event industry since 1997. We coordinate over 500 corporate wellness events annually across the U.S.

We are looking for an Inside Sales person to join our team. The Inside Sales Position will be responsible for growing sales, selling exhibitor spaces to health and wellness providers for our wellness events, with heavy emphasis on outgoing phone sales.

Duties include but may not be limited to:

Phone work to build and maintain relationships with our clients, seeking to create new prospects and convert those prospects into clients.
Handling short deadlines in creating new clients to fill exhibitor spaces for our events.
Ensure there is good communication (both written and verbal) with clients, prospects, other employees, management, and others, in all aspects of the business.
Handling many areas of the sales and delivery process including contracts, income, paperwork, databases, lead lists, inventory, event management, event delivery, etc.
Various other teamwork and small office duties such as helping to clean, organizing, carrying packages up and down stairs (up to 50 lbs), loading and unloading equipment for events, etc. to keep the business running smoothly.

The right candidate must have:

A proven track record in outgoing phone sales.
Must be creative enough to find their own leads and cultivate those leads into sales.
Creative problem handling skills to quickly create solutions, within company policy and procedures with minimal assistance and to work together to achieve the best solution without dropping the problem on someone else.
Ability to handle pressure with a smile and to see projects through to their completion with the best interest of the company as the primary goal.
Must be proficient independently with the standard office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.

Salary Range:

$40,000 to $45,000 base annually for a 40-hour work week plus commission.
Additional bonuses and/or commissions may be added depending on how much responsibility and projects are successfully completed in a timely manner. This is a work environment where a driven member of the team can determine their own success and be rewarded accordingly.
