Required Qualifications

• Sales experience in phone, in-person, insurance, or retail settings
• Demonstrated common sense, compassion, and empathy in interactions
• Comfortable with PC operations, software, and video conferencing tools
• Ability to type notes effectively; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Availability to work designated day shifts, including flexible hours
