EK Health, a premier managed care company, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join its Business Development Team! This is a full-time, remote position.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating contact with leads to generate, identify and qualify prospects, promote the company's products and services, and identify potential sales opportunities. S/he must support the sales process by clearly and convincingly articulating EK Health's service offerings and value proposition, nurturing outbound/inbound sales lead campaigns services, and overcoming initial resistance from prospects.

This position will play a crucial role in generating quality leads promoting strong closure rates, making the Sales Team successful. Additionally, this role will include proactive prospecting and will email and make calls and to potential customers to introduce our product solution, log calls and information into Salesforce and set up appointments for the Sales Team.

Work Specifics: Full-time, non-exempt position, no travel required

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

~Collaboratively work with the sales/marketing team and leadership to develop and initiate lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers, including inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
~Identify prospects matching EK Health's target client types.
~Visit with and/or call upon leads and/or prospects, engaging them and uncovering their managed care needs.
~Update and monitor all qualified leads converted to opportunities.
~Meet productivity requirements by achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
~Schedule website/in-person demonstrations, sales appointments for assigned regional account team.
~Initiate and participate in new business pitches with Sales Team and subject matter experts, including follow through with the lead prospect.
~Provide consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications.
~Collect and document marketing intelligence and customer data as required.
~Consistently document and track lead generation, engagement, and performance through ~Salesforce to capture leads, prospects and industry detail, using Best Practices for accurate data capture quantifying impact.
~Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
~Consistently represent EK Health in a positive and professional manner.
~Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
Perform other responsibilities or duties as may be assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with a proven track record of success in lead generation and customer service. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the Workers Compensation industry is preferred. A working knowledge of the principles, terminology, and practices of health care and risk management is required. The ideal candidate will also have the following:

~Four (4) year degree and/or minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales telemarketing experience in a professional selling environment
~Experience in managed care, lead generation and/or marketing automation software; proficiency in Salesforce is preferred
~Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in Selling via Phone successfully
~Must be experienced working proficiently in a fast-paced environment and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment
~Show a proven track record achieving production quotas.
~Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required
~Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
~Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

Candidate must be able to sit the majority of an 8-hour day except for lunch and break times. Candidate must be able to keyboard the majority of an 8-hour day except for lunch and break times. Candidate must have manual dexterity. Candidate must be able to speak on the telephone intermittently throughout the day. Candidate must be able to read and write English fluently. Candidate must be able to provide and confirm safe home office environment. Home office must be HIPAA compliant.
