Remote Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative-Remote (Part-Time, Soft Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
• A high school diploma or GED
• Open availability
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
