Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing inquiries and sales leads, converting them into sales
• Oversee customer contacts via phone, email, text, and chat
• Collaborate with marketing to follow standard sales lead processes and achieve monthly quotas

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quotas
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
