Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 35-45 inbound calls per shift from individuals interested in preventive health screenings
• Collect health information to assess caller risks and needs and recommend appropriate services
• Schedule appointments and process payments while consistently meeting sales and service goals

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
