Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or call center experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of contact management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to interpret documents and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Willingness to travel for training and work outside normal business hours when necessary
